Erin’s 10th Birthday Cake
This is a cake I made for my Neice Erin's 10th birthday. The cake is a 2 tier chocolate mud cake, a 9" and 6" with chocolate butter cream filling, surrounded with chocolate cigarellos and chocolate mint balls and maltesers.
The stars are made with petal paste and suspended on spiraled wires with more maltesers done in the same way.
Atari 2600
This was a fun cake to make bringing back memories of both mine and my husbands younger years! An old style games console Atari 2600. I wanted to again make the whole cake edible, so i sat and thought about all the elements and came up with what i needed to make the contol panel and switches. I have an edible printer which is a fantastic piece of equipment, before the panel could be printed it needed to be designed! This is where my computer mad husband comes in. He designed the panel which took about 2 hours and looked fantastic! but it didn't stop there, we then thought about the controller that too had the design around the base of the joystick... more desgining by my hubby. The finished cake.......

We added a little extra around the base of the cake, some printed and yes edible game graphics...... pac-man, space invaders and tank wars. Dr who dalek cake
This Dr Who dalek cake was made for my friends son Roman for his 8th birthday... There are 5 dalek, these are designed around the new dr who series each measuring 3 inches tall and they are completely edible! White. Orange. Yellow. Blue. Red.
It took me 2 weeks to finish them all off and here are some pictures of the final figures.
The cake is a chocolate sponge in a figure of 8, covered in chocolate butter cream. Ben’s 7th Birthday cake with cupcakes, a Krabby patty with Plankton on top!

This was a fun cake to make, it took me just over a day to complete, including the cupcakes which i made on the morning of the party ( choc chip with vanilla cream on top) so that they were really moist and fresh!
Ben was so excited to show his friends at the party his cake, it went down very well!
Mission accomplished........ enjoy. Jamie’s card
A quick card make for jamie Using the Cricut Mickey font cart for both the number and name.
The spotty paper is blueberry orange dots by Rob and & Bob studio, and the water mark which i stamped on the base card is Penny Black ( Happy Birthday) The finished football cake
I finally finished the cake this morning at 12.20am..... hope you like it!
Football pitch cake ( footballer)
I've been asked to make a football pitch cake by a friend..... When i sat and thought afterwards about this cake..... a plain football pitch isn't going to be very interesting, so me being me adds another element to it and i came up with this!
This is the first time i've attempted to make a figure! and im very pleased with the results....
I wanted to make the whole cake totally edable, so the football and goals are made from sugar paste as well!
( The goals were made by my husband) i've taught him well hehe...
The finished cake will be upload at the weekend... Numberjacks cake (3)
Another cake to add to my photo collection. I made this cake for my friends son who is a big fan of numberjacks. It was quite a challenge especially getting in between the small gaps with the icing. Which i had to do in 2 pieces in the end as the icing was never going to fit...... ( must be an easier way) more research!! My husband helped me out by cutting the letters whilst i got on with other details like the eyes & twisted icing. So a big thank you to my hubby xAmy’s 3rd Birthday
This card was made using a plain square 6" base card, which on one side was cut in a point and this is where i layered the number 3 image.
I cut the image on my cricut using the mickey font cartridge (shadow feature) , all layers where cut with the 5" setting. I started with a plain white layer, the pink and spotty paper are both cut using the silhouette option which cuts the design with 2 pieces an outline and a middle. I chose the spotty middle and used the pink outline to make up the design.
The text ( Amy) is cut with the same cartridge but at 2 inches.
The pink and green card is bazzill bling: Feather boa & Petty cash and the spotty paper is Doodlebug Sprinkles The finished banner
I've finally finshed and taken a pic of the banner for Ben.
The words are cut using my Cricut and cartridge - Mickey font, shadow option, size 5 inch's.
The letter are link together using flower brads which have a 5 petal design.
I've added another Spongebob image to balance out the spacings between words, and placed each image onto Red card cut out in the design of the flower from the background scene of bikini bottom.
The overall lenght of the banner is 75 inch's (including Ben's name)
